“It takes a village to raise a child” (African Proverb)
Welcome to Pioneer Village School
Pioneer Village School is a private, independent, non-denominational school located in the picturesque setting of the Armadale foothills. Our students undertake their learning program in heritage protected, uniquely designed classrooms. These classrooms provide a wonderful backdrop for our exceptional teachers to meet the educational needs of young children. Staff members work together with families to provide a secure, friendly, supportive and educationally stimulating environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning.
Our school offers a wide and balanced curriculum from Three-Year-Old Kindergarten to Year Six. In all classes emphasis is placed on the development of literacy, numeracy and social skills to enable students to reach their full potential.
Since establishment in 1981, to meet community demand for our excellent educational programs, our thriving school has grown from 24 children to more than 360 students.
Through our dynamic learning program students are encouraged to explore their skills and talents particularly in the areas of Music, Sport and Drama. To further support students' development we offer a variety of after school programs. To support busy parents we also provide the option of before and after school care.
This website is designed to give you a flavour of the exciting education and stimulating environment we are able to offer your child here at Pioneer Village School.
Please contact Principal Doug Davies on 9399 6999 to find out more about our beautiful school.
Pioneer Village School
In every aspect of school life, students are encouraged to develop their learning, thinking and personal skills.
At Pioneer Village School we prepare students not just for high school and university, but for life beyond the classroom and the demands of the 21st century. The foundations laid here - and friendships made - last a lifetime.
